Paolo Meucci, Senior Art Director of the Sydney office, lives on Scotland Island. Yes, he lives on a freaking island. It's situated in the idyllic waterways North of Sydney at Pittwater, NSW. Surrounded by national park and native Australian bushland, Scotland Island is a small, self-contained community of only 640 residents. There are no bridges out to the island, no shops or cafés, and only a handful of cars.
This means, every morning after getting his kids out of bed and helping his wife begin the chore of feeding them, Paolo walks down to the jetty, hops in his dinghy and motors across the water to the mainland where his scooter waits to make the 36km ride into the city.
