Last week we bid farewell to mighty Melanie Elliott. She's headed off to Shanghai to take up a senior position in the Ford regional team.
Mel's been a fixture of 162 Collins for as long as anyone can remember and we're really gonna miss her. So much so, we gave her a guard of honour as she stepped into the lift and out of our office. Good luck Mel!
